PRICING

 Join the Practice One Time Fee – $150

Additional family members pay $100 for registration

Full Primary Care Services -$90 a month

Family Plan –
Additional Adults are $75 a month  Children under 18 are $65 a month

**max 500 a month for families**

**children under the age of 5 currently not accepted for full services can be booked for 30 dollar acute visits as needed**
